We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers - name and contact details.
- Technical and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below), including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interactions with our website and the Arena platform.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To be added to the waitlist to be contacted when our tools are ready.
- To register for and use the Arena platform.
- To request a demo or otherwise contact us.
We use the information that you have given us in order to get in touch with you when tools are available and new releases are made, to provide and improve the Arena platform, and to understand how our website and platform are used.
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, Google Analytics for website and platform analytics), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services to us.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
- Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting our Data Officer at it@agilerl.com, or - for cookies - by changing your preferences via the cookie banner as described below.
- Legitimate interests, where we process limited technical data that is strictly necessary to operate and secure our website and the Arena platform.
- Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Arena platform to you.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies on both agilerl.com and the Arena platform (arena.agilerl.com).
Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the website and the Arena platform to function — for example, to keep you signed in, remember your cookie preferences, and maintain security. These cookies are always active and cannot be switched off, as the services will not work properly without them. They are set on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- Non-essential cookies (analytics). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors and users interact with our website and the Arena platform, so we can improve them. These cookies collect information such as the pages you visit, the time spent on each page, and general location derived from IP address. These cookies are only set if you accept them.
How we obtain your consent
When you first visit our website or the Arena platform, a cookie banner is displayed. Non-essential cookies are blocked until you make a choice. You can:
- Accept - all cookie categories, including analytics, will be enabled.
- Reject - only strictly necessary cookies will be used.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the cookies stored in your browser for agilerl.com and/or arena.agilerl.com, which will cause the banner to appear again on your next visit. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of our services from functioning correctly.
Third parties
Where you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics acts as a processor on our behalf. Google may process this data outside the UK/EEA; where it does, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place. You can learn more about how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Your information is securely stored in our database.
- We keep names and contact details for 10 years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our database.
- Cookie-based data is retained for the lifetime of the relevant cookie (up to a maximum of 24 months for Google Analytics cookies) or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
- Your right to withdraw consent - Where we rely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, including by changing your cookie preferences.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
Please contact us at it@agilerl.com if you wish to make a request.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
